TestNavigator description
TestNavigator is a SaaS platform that improves software quality by automating testing processes and optimizing test management. It helps teams design, execute, and track automated tests across the software development lifecycle.
Test execution runs in your CI/CD or infrastructure. Only aggregated results, performance metrics, and related insights are securely uploaded to TestNavigator’s cloud to enable analysis, reporting, and benchmarking. These insights drive recommendations to improve coverage, locate bottlenecks, and raise quality.
During test‑management integration, the End User provides officially executable files, application artifacts, and test execution results required for correct operation of integrations and related processes.
Intellectual property rights
TestNavigator is created by and is the intellectual property of FrontEndART. Rights in the software, documentation, updates, website, and all data and information therein (including test data and metrics uploaded by the End User’s analyzers) are protected by applicable and international laws. FrontEndART reserves all rights not expressly granted to the End User.

General terms
With Free plan access, data is accessible only within the registered account. Access to specific features (e.g., Test Management integration) depends on the registration level and plan.
The End User must use the Services for their intended purpose, in line with the documentation and the End User’s Subscription plan. Abuse or excessive use (including but not limited to circumvention of security controls, activities that negatively impact other users, or exploitation of vulnerabilities) may result in temporary or permanent suspension at FrontEndART’s discretion. Notice may not be provided in advance. If you believe a suspension was in error, contact FrontEndART to request a review; the final determination rests with FrontEndART.
Upon violation of this Agreement, FrontEndART may terminate access to the Services without notice.
Support
Support is available to End Users with a valid subscription at [email protected]. There is no guaranteed support for users without a valid subscription.
Modification of Terms and user notification
FrontEndART may modify this Agreement with at least 30 days’ prior notice sent to the End User’s account email. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate before they take effect.
Fees
Subscriptions are recurring monthly or annually per the selected plan. Fees vary by plan and period as shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT where applicable under Hungarian tax law. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; the system recalculates period end dates. The old plan is discontinued and not charged further via PayPal. A trial may be offered for the new plan. Already paid fees are not reimbursed. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal; FrontEndART does not store or access sensitive payment data.
Termination of Subscription Plan
You may cancel by using the "Cancel Subscription" link and following the instructions (including optional feedback). PayPal subscriptions will be terminated. Your plan remains active until the end of the current period, after which the account may switch to a Free plan. If you purchase a new plan during this time, the standard purchase flow applies and any free trial is proportional to remaining time.
National legislation
TestNavigator is available internationally. The End User is responsible for ensuring that their use complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. If any activity would infringe local law, the End User bears full responsibility.
Warranty
During a valid Subscription Period and legitimate use, the Services conform to the description in the Documentation.

Liability limitation
FrontEndART’s total liability and the End User’s exclusive remedy are limited to the amount actually paid by the End User for the Services during the applicable Subscription Period, regardless of the actual damage suffered. Claims must arise and be made within the Subscription Period.
Applicable law
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Failing that, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Municipal Court of Szeged or the Tribunal of Szeged, Hungary. Matters not regulated here are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and other applicable laws.
